KDB Cup 2020 draw ceremony behind closed doors

The official draw ceremony of the Kevin De Bruyne Cup 2020, on Friday evening the 20th of March, will take place behind closed doors, without public. However, the draw will be broadcasted on the Facebook page op the KDB Cup (facebook.com/KDBCup) our Instagram page (instagram.com/kdb_cup), You Tube channel and our Twitter account (@KDBCup).

The ‘Allstar game’ that was to follow the draw was cancelled. The organizer implements the precaution measures on Corona issued by the Belgian federal government. Which is logic, says KDB Cup president Paul Naudts. “As a sports club, we take absolutely no risks concerning public health.”
However, let there be no misunderstanding: the KDB Cup will take place. “We have again succeeded in bringing world-class in U15 football to our tournament, with teams such as Real Madrid, PSG, SE Palmeiras (Brazil) and of course Manchester City.” KDB Cup, 30 and 31 May, at the KVE Drongen stadium near Ghent.
