Youth tournament KDB Cup - U15
(applicable to all visitors, parents, supervisors and photographers)
Part and scope
The KDB Cup is a youth tournament for underage players (U15). The organisation makes every effort to protect the privacy, safety and dignity of the players.
This policy applies to all forms of photography and videography on and around the tournament grounds. For safety reasons, drones are not allowed on or around the grounds during the KDB Cup.
Parents and legal guardians
- Parents and legal guardians may take photos of their own child for personal and non-commercial use only.
It is forbidden:
- systematically photographing or filming players other than one's own child;
- disseminate images publicly (open social media, website, press) without permission.
- taking photos or videos in changing rooms, showers or washrooms.
Photography without prior permission
Taking photos or videos by unauthorised persons is not allowed.
This includes:
- (semi-)professional photographers;
- freelancers;
- club independent photographers;
- content creators and social media makers.
Authorised photographers and media
Photography and videography is allowed only if:

- prior written permission was granted by the organisation;
- the photographer is clearly identifiable (badge or vest);
- the images are used exclusively for the pre-agreed purpose.
Publication of images is done with respect for applicable privacy and GDPR regulations.

In case of violation of this policy, the organisation reserves the right to:

- demanding the removal of images;
- deny the person concerned access to the premises.
By entering the tournament grounds, each visitor agrees to this policy.
