European youth descends on Drongen: the pools of KDB Cup 2025

On 31 May and 1 June, Drongen will once again be the battleground for some of Europe's greatest youth teams. The bill is at least as impressive as in previous years - and promises two days of top-level football.

Who is playing against whom? These are the pools!

Group A: Local heroes against superpowers

KAA Gent gets to face Manchester City and Germany's Bayer Leverkusen 'at home'. Two high-impact clubs in European football in recent years - so the young Buffaloes will have to be on edge straight away.

Group B: Spectacle assured

In this pool, Club Brugge take on none other than FC Barcelona and PSV Eindhoven. Three teams that bring very attractive, attacking football. Expect quick combinations, goals and wow moments.

Group C: Clash of youth academies

With RSC Anderlecht, Chelsea FC and LOSC Lille together in one pool, the level is guaranteed to be high. Three tradition clubs that deliver young talents to the European top every year.

Group D: High-level force measurements

KRC Genk will face two absolute superpowers with Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain. They combine technical flair with high physical combat. It already promises to be blood-curdlingly exciting matches.
